14 Day Return Policy

eLUXURY.co continuously strives to offer its customers the highest quality of service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days, subject to the following conditions.

**On Sale items are non refundable.

1. Please email us at sales@eLUXURY.co. before you return it.
2. Returns must be sent to eLUXURY.co within 14 days from the date you received them.
3. Your Invoice or order no. must be included in your return package.
4. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as it was shipped. Merchandise that
has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
5. If merchandise was originally shipped with a security tag, the returned item must still have that
tag attached, unaltered and intact. Do not remove the security tag until you are certain you will not
be returning the item. If you attempt to remove the tag, it will void itself.
6. Ship cost is non refundable.
7. On International orders, refunds also will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees,
or taxes paid on shipments.

**All NEW Hermes Birkin's are considered Final Sale and not returnable unless the item description was materially inaccurate and has been confirmed by eLUXURY.co.

eLUXURY.co reserves the right to block any user from the website who abuses the Return Policy and continually returns merchandise.

 

*US $20 restocking fee on the entire value of the order will be applied when returning the goods to us.

*On sale item is non-refundable unless you received an incorrect item. Also, slight variations in appearance do not constitute as an incorrect order. Returned or exchanged items must be new and unused, and in unworn condition.New and Unused means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, lost or stolen parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal use, misuse or negligence: We do not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.Our top priority is making sure our customers are satisfied! Keep in mind that different computer monitors may show products differently in terms of color and detail.


Return Instructions & Return Authorization:

Please email sales@eLUXURY.co or call eLUXURY.co Customer Care at 1-800-250-3114 if you wish to return an item. Returns must be sent to eLUXURY.co within 14 days from the date you received the item.Once we received your email,we will send you the return address.

Please follow below steps to receive proper credit for the return:

* Re-pack your merchandise in its original packaging and shipping box.
* Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service
of your choice. By USPS or registered airmail.
* Mail your returned item to eLUXURY.co.
* Check your email. We will notify you once your return has been processed.

If the item description on our web site was materially inaccurate, we will refund 100% of the purchase price credit to your credit card and also will refund any shipping charges (including insurance) you incurred. Please contact customer care for full details.

Receiving A Refund:

If you paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the specific credit card account originally charged. If you paid by wire transfer, we can wire funds to you or send you a check. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

To redeem eLUXURY.co credit as full or partial payment for an item, please contact eLUXURY.co Customer Care prior to check-out at 1-800-250-3114.
Returns and Exchanges:

If you wish to return a gift purchased for you at eLUXURY.co, we will exchange it for another item or provide you with a store credit valid for 90 days from the date of original purchase. Otherwise, our general guidelines for returns will apply (including, for example, the requirement that the item has not been used and that the security tag remains intact). Please note that you are responsible for any shipping or other charges incurred in returning the item to us.
Shipping Returned Merchandise:

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via USPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. eLUXURY.co does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs, unless the item description on our web site was materially inaccurate.
Items Damaged in Shipping:

eLUXURY.co is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and call us immediately at 1-800-250-3114. We will contact USPS on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once USPS has approved and paid the claim to eLUXURY.co, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).
